Find Your Sweet Spot™ Awakening
What if you don't need to try harder?
What if you need to understand what actually needs to change?
Maybe you want to lose weight.
Build your glutes. Shape your legs. Become stronger. Look amazing in your clothes. Feel confident at the beach. Look in the mirror and genuinely love what you see.
Maybe you want more energy.
Better sleep.
More consistency.
To stop thinking about food so much.
To feel beautiful and sexy again.
Or perhaps nothing is dramatically wrong.
Life is busy. You're managing it. You're getting things done.
But somewhere underneath all of that is a quiet thought:
I could feel so much better than this.
And perhaps you've tried before.
Another diet. Another training program. Another promise that this time you'll be more disciplined.
So before we decide what you need to do, I want to ask something different:
What are you actually hoping will change?
Because after almost three decades of coaching, I've learned that the first thing someone asks me to help change is often only part of the story.
Maybe you don't need another plan.
There is more health and fitness information available today than any of us could ever use.
You can find a workout in seconds.
Calculate your calories online.
Download another meal plan.
Track your steps, sleep, heart rate and nutrition.
So why do intelligent people who often know quite a lot about health still struggle to create the change they want?
Sometimes the problem is knowledge.
But sometimes it isn't.
Maybe your training needs changing.
Maybe nutrition is the missing piece.
Maybe you're trying to do too much.
Maybe you're not doing enough.
Maybe poor sleep and recovery are making everything harder.
Maybe stress is affecting behaviours you keep blaming on discipline.
Maybe you know exactly what to do but can't make it stick.
Maybe the system you're trying to follow simply doesn't fit the life you're actually living.
That's where good coaching becomes much more than handing you another workout.
We work out what actually needs to change — and build from there.
Yes, your body matters.
I want to be very clear about this.
If changing your body matters to you, we're going to work on it.
I want you strong.
Fit.
Shapely.
Capable.
I want you building muscle, improving your body composition and discovering what your body can do.
If you want beautiful legs and glutes, let's build them.
If you want to put on a dress and think damn, I look good, I'm completely comfortable with that goal.
If you want to feel confident at the beach or sexy naked, you're allowed to want that too.
How you look can matter to you without determining your worth.
I've spent almost three decades helping people create significant physical and aesthetic transformations.
But those years have also taught me something important:
You can't separate the body from the person living in it.
Because what happens if you achieve the body but you're exhausted?
If food still controls you?
If stress has become normal?
If you have no time that feels like yours?
If you've become stronger physically but still don't trust yourself?
If you love your partner but affection, intimacy or excitement have slowly disappeared?
Or if you achieve the number on the scales and discover the feeling you expected to be waiting there isn't?
That's why this coaching goes further.
We're building the body you want — while paying attention to the life that body gets to live in.
Five parts. One life.
My coaching is built around the SWEET Method™.
Five areas we can examine separately — because they're easier to work on that way.
But one life when you're actually living them.
Strength
Building a strong, capable, beautiful body through intelligent resistance training and appropriate movement.
Muscle. Fitness. Body composition. Shape. Performance.
But strength can also change something less visible.
What happens to your confidence when you repeatedly prove to yourself:
I can do this?
Wellness
Nutrition. Sleep. Recovery. Stress. Energy. Health.
The foundations that allow your body and mind to perform well.
Not perfect nutrition.
Not optimising every minute of your day.
Understanding which things actually matter for you and developing a system you can live with.
Embodiment
It's one thing to change your body.
It's another to enjoy living in it.
Body confidence. Self-care. Identity. Presence. Femininity.
Feeling comfortable in your clothes — and without them.
Feeling attractive.
Feeling sexy.
Feeling like you.
Empowerment
Knowing what to do doesn't automatically mean you'll do it.
So we look deeper.
Habits. Behaviours. Beliefs. Boundaries. Confidence. Resilience. Personal responsibility.
The patterns that keep repeating when motivation disappears.
Because eventually I don't just want you following instructions.
I want you becoming someone you can rely on.
Turn-On
This is the part of wellbeing we're often strangely reluctant to discuss.
Relationships.
Connection.
Affection.
Intimacy.
Sex.
Desire.
Pleasure.
Fun.
Adventure.
The things you're excited about.
The things that make you feel alive.
Because becoming incredibly good at managing your life isn't much of a victory if somewhere along the way you forget to enjoy it.
Your first 12 weeks: Find Your Sweet Spot™ Awakening
Every new coaching relationship begins with the 12-week Find Your Sweet Spot™ Awakening.
And the word Awakening is deliberate.
I'm not promising you'll completely reinvent your entire life in 12 weeks.
We're doing something more useful.
We're discovering what your Sweet Spot actually looks like.
Where are you now?
What do you want?
What's working?
What's not?
What have you tried?
What's getting in the way?
What deserves your attention first?
We look at your training, nutrition, body, habits, sleep, stress, confidence and lifestyle.
Where relevant, we can also explore relationships, intimacy, identity, responsibilities and the things you want more of from life.
And underneath all of it is a bigger question:
Who are you trying to become?
Then we start creating the evidence that you can become her.
We don't change everything on Monday.
This is important.
I'm not going to assess every part of your life, identify twenty things that could be better and then hand you twenty new rules.
Because knowing everything that could change doesn't tell us what should change first.
We prioritise.
We learn.
We implement.
We observe what happens.
Then we adjust.
Training begins from your appropriate starting point.
Nutrition develops progressively.
Habits and routines take shape.
We learn how your body responds.
We identify patterns.
We work out what helps and what doesn't.
And when something isn't working, we don't immediately conclude that you failed.
We ask why.
Maybe the plan needs changing.
Maybe the environment does.
Maybe expectations were unrealistic.
Maybe life changed.
Maybe we uncovered something we didn't understand before.
That's coaching.
Not repeatedly demanding that you try harder.
Understanding what's happening well enough to know what to do next.
I don't want you dependent on me.
One of my goals is actually to make you less dependent on coaching over time.
I want you to understand why you're doing things.
Know how to train.
Understand your nutrition.
Recognise your patterns.
Know what happens to you when you're stressed.
Understand what helps you recover.
Know when you need structure and when you need flexibility.
Learn how to make decisions without wondering whether you've ruined everything.
And know how to find your way back when life inevitably knocks you off course.
Eventually, I want you to possess something more useful than the ability to follow my program.
I want you to understand yourself.
And trust yourself to act on what you know.
See what others have achieved →
Imagine what could change.
Imagine becoming physically stronger and seeing shape return to your body.
Putting something on and loving how you look.
Walking into the gym knowing exactly what you're doing.
Eating well without constantly wondering whether you've been “good” or “bad.”
Having energy left at the end of the day.
Sleeping better.
Feeling calmer.
Keeping promises to yourself.
Saying no when you need to.
Having time that belongs to you.
Feeling confident in your clothes.
Feeling comfortable naked.
Feeling sexy again.
Enjoying affection and intimacy with your partner.
Being present with your children without permanently running on empty.
Having goals that excite you.
Looking in the mirror and recognising yourself again.
Not necessarily the woman you were at 25.
Maybe someone better.
Stronger.
Wiser.
More experienced.
More confident.
More comfortable with who she is.
And much clearer about what she wants from the next part of her life.
This is your Awakening.
You don't need to arrive ready.
You don't need to already be fit.
You don't need perfect nutrition.
You don't need confidence.
And you certainly don't need your entire life organised before we begin.
That's what the journey is for.
You simply need to reach the point where you know:
I want something more.
And be willing to start discovering what that means.
The first 12 weeks are your Find Your Sweet Spot™ Awakening.
From there, if we're the right fit and further coaching would benefit you, we can continue building.
Not towards perfection.
Towards something much more valuable.
A body you're proud of.
Strength you can feel.
Confidence that belongs to you.
A healthier relationship with food and yourself.
Energy for the people you love — with some left for you.
Relationships that still have connection, affection and life.
A lifestyle you don't continually need to escape from.
And the knowledge and skills to increasingly take ownership of all of it.
That's what finding your Sweet Spot is really about.
But first, let's work out what you actually need.
You don't need to know whether coaching is right for you yet.
You don't need to know exactly what's wrong.
And you don't need to arrive with a perfectly defined goal.
Start with a conversation.
Tell me where you are.
Tell me what you've been trying.
Tell me what's frustrating you.
And tell me what you'd love to be different.
Then let's work out what actually needs to change.
